Any misuse may result in account suspension or legal action.
4. Product Information & Availability
- While we try to ensure accuracy, product details may vary due to handmade and handwoven nature.
- Availability depends on sellers and may change without prior notice.
- Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings or photography lighting.
5. Ordering & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after 33% advance payment is completed.
- Remaining 67% is payable via COD at delivery.
- Loomvila reserves the right to cancel suspicious or incomplete orders.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Standard delivery time is 5–8 working days within India.
- Delays may occur due to external factors like courier issues or weather.
- Loomvila is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
7. No Return, Only Exchange
- We follow a strict No Return Policy.
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products.
- Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with proof.
