📦 Deliveries

1. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 5–8 working days.
  • Remote or rural areas may take 7–10 days.
  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, festivals, weather, or unforeseen conditions.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after receiving the required 33% advance payment.
  • Once processed, your order will be picked up by our courier partners for dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges may apply based on product and location.
  • All charges are clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, your tracking ID will be shared through WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
  • You can monitor your shipment in real-time until delivery.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will attempt delivery 1–2 times.
  • If undelivered due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned to the seller.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Loomvila.com follows a Strict No Return Policy.

1. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged product received
  • Defective item
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Issue raised within 24 hours of delivery

2. Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Customers must provide photo/video proof at the time of raising the request.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchange is not allowed for:

  • Size issues
  • Color variation due to lighting or screen settings
  • Products damaged after use
  • Customised or made-to-order items
  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery

4. Exchange Shipping Cost

  • The return shipping cost for exchanging an item may be borne by the customer unless the mistake is verified as seller’s fault.
  • Replacement shipping will follow the standard delivery timeline (5–8 days).

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are provided only if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, no refunds are processed.
  • Advance payment will be refunded after deducting minimal processing charges (if applicable).
