Cancellation & Refund

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their order only before it is dispatched.
  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.
  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team immediately with the order ID.

Cancellation of Prepaid Orders (33% Advance Paid)

  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch, the 33% advance amount will be refunded after deducting a small processing and payment gateway fee (if applicable).
  • If the order has already been dispatched, the advance amount will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

  • Loomvila.com does not provide refunds for delivered products.
  • Since we operate with local handloom artisans and sellers, we support a No Return, Only Exchange policy.

Situations Eligible for Exchange (Not Refund)

Customers may request an exchange only if:

  1. The product is damaged or defective on arrival.
  2. The product you received is different from the item ordered.
  3. The exchange request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  4. The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  5. Proper photo/video proof of the issue is provided.

Refund for Failed or Duplicate Transactions

  • If a payment fails but is debited from your account, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 business days.
  • For duplicate payments, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.

COD Refund Policy

  • Since COD requires 67% payment on delivery, refunds are not applicable unless the product is not delivered after placing the order.

Exchange Processing Time

  • Once approved, exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days.
  • Replacement shipping time may vary depending on location (typically 5–8 days).
