At Loomvila.com, we aim to deliver authentic Assam’s ethnic wear to your doorstep in a safe and timely manner. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 5–8 working days, depending on your location and product availability.
  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer (7–10 days).
  • Delivery times may vary due to festivals, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed only after the 33% advance payment is successfully received.
  • Processing time typically ranges from 1–2 working days.
  • Once processed, the order is handed over to our courier partners for delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges may apply depending on the product and delivery location.
  • Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

4. COD (Cash on Delivery) Shipping

  • COD is available after the 33% advance is paid.
  • The remaining 67% amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
  • Failure to pay the COD amount may lead to order cancellation and blacklisting for future orders.

5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Tracking details allow you to monitor the shipment status in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will make 1–2 delivery attempts.
  • If you are unreachable or unavailable, the order may be returned to the seller.
  • Re-delivery (if possible) may require additional shipping charges.

7. Packaging & Protection

  • All products are securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
  • In case the outer packaging appears damaged, customers are advised to record a video while opening the parcel for exchange verification.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, Loomvila.com does not offer international shipping.
  • We deliver only within India.

9. Shipping During Exchange

  • If an exchange is approved, shipping charges for returning the product may be borne by the customer.
  • Replacement shipping will follow the same timeline (5–8 days).

10. Delay Disclaimer

While we try our best to deliver within the promised time, delays may happen due to:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays/festivals
  • Unforeseen operational challenges

Loomvila.com is not liable for such delays but will assist as much as possible.
