1. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery time is 5–8 working days, depending on your location and product availability.
- Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer (7–10 days).
- Delivery times may vary due to festivals, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed only after the 33% advance payment is successfully received.
- Processing time typically ranges from 1–2 working days.
- Once processed, the order is handed over to our courier partners for delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges may apply depending on the product and delivery location.
- Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
4. COD (Cash on Delivery) Shipping
- COD is available after the 33% advance is paid.
- The remaining 67% amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
- Failure to pay the COD amount may lead to order cancellation and blacklisting for future orders.
5. Tracking Information
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- Tracking details allow you to monitor the shipment status in real time.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners will make 1–2 delivery attempts.
- If you are unreachable or unavailable, the order may be returned to the seller.
- Re-delivery (if possible) may require additional shipping charges.
7. Packaging & Protection
- All products are securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
- In case the outer packaging appears damaged, customers are advised to record a video while opening the parcel for exchange verification.
8. International Shipping
- Currently, Loomvila.com does not offer international shipping.
- We deliver only within India.
9. Shipping During Exchange
- If an exchange is approved, shipping charges for returning the product may be borne by the customer.
- Replacement shipping will follow the same timeline (5–8 days).
10. Delay Disclaimer
While we try our best to deliver within the promised time, delays may happen due to:
- Courier partner issues
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays/festivals
- Unforeseen operational challenges
