Loomvila.com is a user listing platform that showcases traditional and ethnic wear from Assam. Products are listed and sold by independent sellers, and Loomvila facilitates the online buying experience, including payments and shipping coordination.
2. Use of the Website
- Users must provide accurate information while placing orders or creating accounts.
- Any misuse of the website, including fraudulent orders or misrepresentation, may lead to account suspension.
- Users must be 18 years or older to place an order.
3. Product Information
- All product descriptions, images, and details are provided by the respective sellers.
- Slight color or pattern variations may occur due to lighting or fabric nature.
- Loomvila.com does not guarantee that product colors displayed on your screen will be 100% accurate.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice.
- Customers must pay 33% of the order value in advance to confirm the order.
- The remaining 67% is payable through COD (Cash on Delivery), unless stated otherwise.
- Orders without the advance payment are considered incomplete and will not be processed.
5. Order Confirmation
- Once the 33% advance payment is received, your order will be marked as confirmed.
- You will receive order details and tracking information once the item is dispatched.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Standard delivery time is 5–8 working days, depending on your location.
- Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Loomvila.com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- After the item is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- If cancelled before dispatch, the advance amount will be refunded after deducting processing fees.
8. Return & Exchange Policy
- Loomvila.com follows a No Return, Only Exchange policy.
- Exchanges are permitted only in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Exchange request raised within 24 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Customers must provide clear photo/video proof for verification.
- Refunds are not provided for delivered products.
9. Seller Responsibility
- Sellers are responsible for providing accurate product information.
- Any violation by the seller (wrong details, fake listings, etc.) may lead to removal from the platform.
10. COD (Cash on Delivery) Terms
- COD is available only after payment of 33% advance.
- Failure to pay the COD amount at delivery may result in blacklisting from future purchases.
11. Exchange Shipping Costs
- In case of an exchange, the shipping cost for sending the product back may be borne by the customer unless the issue is verified as the seller’s fault.
12. Intellectual Property
- All content on Loomvila.com, including logos, graphics, text, and images, is owned by Loomvila or licensed to us.
- Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
- Loomvila.com is not responsible for:
- Seller errors
- Courier delays or damages in transit
- Product color variations
- Misuse of delivered products
- Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
